JKB partners with Coventry University (UK) in Summer Program

Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB), in coordination with Coventry University (UK) sponsored seven students from Jordan to attend a two week summer program at the University with all expenses covered by the Bank. The Students included children of JKB staff, and students attending Amman Ahliyyah University and Petra University (both of which have a JKB branch on campus), and all of whom were selected based on their academic excellence and proficiency in the English language. The educational summer program was organized with the aim of bringing together students from around the world. The participating students interacted and shared their experiences and cultures, as well as studied several topics within a variety of courses offered during the program. The students also took part in visiting several landmarks in the UK during this period.  This initiative was backed by H.E. Mr. Abdel Karim Kabariti, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stating that this initiative comes as a confirmation of Jordan Kuwait Bank's management’s support for the youth; for the important role they play in building the society, and their contribution in the creation of a mature and patriotic generation, in addition to that the Bank is one of the leading banks in the Kingdom in supporting the youth sector and the adoption of youth issues.
